Members of Parliament or State Assembly Grading System

Members of Parliament or State Assembly Grading System.

The Objective of this grading System is to make an assessment of the performance of the Members of Parliament or State Assembly akin to Key Performance Index (KPI) practised by big corporations.  

Items to be circled and added up all the marks equivalent to the Grade A, B, C & F.

1. Leadership

- Vision minded 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

- Mission & initiative 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

2. Integrity

- Declare the assets as required 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

- Fulfill the promises to the People 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

 

3. Commitment

- People's mouth piece or spoke man at the assembly 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

- Present regularly for the Assembly 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

 

4. Sociable

- Approachable when you really need to meet him/her 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

- Present at functions and social gatherings etc 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

 

5. Belief: The Rukun Negara spells "Belief in God" as the first in the order

- Believe in God 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

- Practise whatever the religion teaches 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

 

The lowest allocated mark is 1 and 10 is the highest mark for each question. This will sum up to 100%. Based on this 100%, you design a grading system, such as:

90-100    = A
70-89      = B
50-69       = C
Below 50  = F (Failed)

Candidate Grading System is able to create a fairer system (at least) when we do our checking on a candidate's performance.

A scientific (management) process rather than irrational judgment, and of course, management is a science. A society must keep moving upwards in its overall intellectual pursuit. As far as things are changing better, it is acceptable. Most of the time the compassion for a candidate who can make persuasive speeches during campaign win the minds and hearts of the voters. Voters have to be wise and educated in order to achieve what one's desire from the candidate.
 
Now apply the above criteria, kindly grade the candidates in Sarawak and West Malaysia top leaders.
